Renewal Agreement

1. Acceptance and Modification of Terms of Service

1.1 This agreement is made by and between Solite Kids, the provider of the automatic renewal service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), and the individual subscribing to the Service (“Customer”). This agreement outlines the rights and obligations of both parties during the use of the Service. “Customer” refers to an individual who has completed the subscription process on Solite Kids and uses the subscription services provided by Solite Kids in accordance with applicable regulations. This agreement is a mandatory requirement for the use of the Service by the Customer. Solite Kids has informed the Customer to carefully read the relevant exclusion or limitation clauses, which are highlighted in bold or otherwise appropriately emphasized. Both parties acknowledge that these clauses do not fall under “exemption of liability, increase of obligation, or exclusion of primary rights” and agree on their validity and enforceability. Unless the Customer accepts the terms of this agreement, they are not entitled to use the Service. Use of the Service by the Customer constitutes acceptance of these terms.

1.2 Solite Kids reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time. In the event of changes or modifications, Solite Kids will notify the Customer via relevant pages, and such modifications will take effect 10 days from the date of the announcement. If the Customer disagrees with the modifications, they have the right to cancel the automatic renewal service. However, continued use of the Service will be deemed as acceptance of all such changes.

1.3 Customers must possess the legal capacity to use the Service and independently assume legal responsibility. If the Customer is under 18 years of age, use of the Service is only allowed with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The use of the Service by the Customer shall be deemed to be with the consent of the parent or guardian.

2. Description of Service

2.1 This Service is provided upon the Customer’s request for automatic renewal. Provided the Customer has paid the subscription, the Service helps avoid losses caused by failure to renew on time due to negligence or other reasons. The Customer authorizes Solite Kids to deduct subscription fees from third-party payment accounts, bank cards, or communication accounts linked to the Customer’s Solite Kids account (“Account”) prior to the expiration of the current subscription period for the next billing cycle. This may include monthly or yearly cycles (as described below). Users may select their desired billing cycle on the Solite Kids Platform. Before using the Service, the user must link their Solite Kids account to these accounts to enable subscription deductions.

2.2 Automatic renewal, as described in 2.1, means that Solite Kids will charge the Customer’s account for the next billing cycle. Customers must ensure sufficient funds are available to allow Solite Kids to successfully deduct the fee. If renewal fails due to insufficient funds, the Customer bears responsibility, and Solite Kids reserves the right to suspend or terminate the subscription service.

2.3 By activating automatic renewal, users authorize Solite Kids to deduct the subscription fee from the mentioned accounts without requiring password verification, payment password, SMS verification code, or other credentials. Unless the Customer explicitly cancels automatic renewal, this authorization is irrevocable. Fees paid will not be refunded unless required by applicable law or regulation.

2.4 Customers must comply with the Solite Kids User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and other related agreements, page descriptions, or procedures. Use of the Service is deemed as acceptance of all related terms and publications. In case of conflict between this agreement and the Solite Kids User Agreement or Privacy Policy, this agreement shall prevail.

2.5 Customers may only use the Service through the official Solite Kids platform. Services accessed through unauthorized sources or illegal means are not covered by this agreement, and Solite Kids will pursue legal action as appropriate.

3. Rights and Obligations of Both Parties

3.1 Solite Kids is responsible for providing the Customer with information about the status of automatic renewal but will not issue invoices or continue subscription services beyond what is defined.

3.2 Solite Kids will charge the Customer’s accounts 24 hours before the subscription period ends and extend the subscription accordingly. Once the deduction is successful, no refunds will be provided.

3.3 In the event of errors during deduction, both parties must cooperate to identify the cause. Each party is responsible for losses caused by its own fault. If both are at fault, liability is divided proportionally.

3.4 Solite Kids reserves the right to modify service content, rules, and terms of this agreement due to business or technology developments. Notifications will be made via the Solite Kids platform or other appropriate means. No separate notice is required. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the changes.

3.5 Customers may choose to cancel the Service at any time. Continued use implies authorization for Solite Kids to proceed with deductions and renew the subscription accordingly.

3.6 If Solite Kids adjusts pricing before or during automatic renewal, the new pricing published on the platform will apply.

3.7 Solite Kids does not charge additional fees for the Service but reserves the right to set or adjust renewal periods and charges as needed. Changes will be announced appropriately.

3.8 If a Customer renews during a valid period, the subscription will be extended according to the current cycle.

3.9 Customers acknowledge that the authorization for deductions is considered a top-up transaction. Customers shall not hold Solite Kids or its affiliates liable for any resulting loss.

4. Terms and Termination

4.1 This agreement is effective from the moment the user accepts or uses the Service and continues until the Customer terminates the Service or cancels the subscription, unless otherwise specified by Solite Kids.

4.2 Customers may terminate the Service anytime via their account settings. Once terminated, Solite Kids will cease providing the Service.

4.3 The automatic renewal instructions provided by the Customer to Solite Kids remain valid. Deductions made based on such instructions will not be refunded, and the Customer assumes responsibility for related losses and fees.

4.4 Solite Kids may suspend or terminate the Service due to internal business adjustments, pricing changes, or other reasons. In such cases, Solite Kids will notify the Customer via public announcements.

5. Liability for Breach of Contract

If either party breaches the agreement, the injured party is entitled to seek compensation or damages through mutually agreed-upon resolution procedures.

6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Solite Kids and the Customer agree to resolve disputes arising from this agreement through cooperative negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes may be submitted to the court in the jurisdiction where Solite Kids operates. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
